Each finalist organization must identify one individual to be featured on its official finalist flyer. If the organization has multiple founders or leaders who will be represented, all individuals must attend the same headshot session and will be photographed together.(Required)

Official Graphics

All official Finalist flyers, graphics, and promotional materials will be created and released by the Greater Houston Black Chamber (GHBC). The following are not permitted: Creating independent or alternative Finalist flyers or graphics. Altering, editing, cropping, redesigning, or otherwise modifying the official GHBC Finalist flyer. Using the GHBC name or logo in any unauthorized design, flyer, or graphic.(Required)

GHBC will publish individual Finalist flyers through its social media platforms and, where platform functionality permits, invite the Finalist's company/organization as a collaborator. Platforms may include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads.

If GHBC identifies any flyer, graphic, social media post, or promotional material representing an individual or organization as a Pinnacle Finalist that was not created and/or officially authorized by GHBC, the Finalist will be required to remove the material immediately. Any graphic not issued or authorized by GHBC is not considered an official Pinnacle Finalist graphic, regardless of whether it uses the Finalist's name, award category, GHBC name, GHBC logo, Pinnacle name, or other event-related information. Finalists may share and repost official materials provided by GHBC. Official GHBC graphics may not be altered, redesigned, modified, or incorporated into another design without prior authorization from GHBC.(Required)

Complimentary Tickets to Gala

Each Finalist organization will receive a maximum of two (2) complimentary tickets to the 29th Annual Pinnacle Awards & Gala. These tickets are intended for the Finalist and one guest.(Required)

Finalists may also purchase a table. Purchasing a table does not replace or eliminate the two complimentary Finalist tickets. The two complimentary seats will remain available in addition to any purchased table or tickets.(Required)
