By completing and signing this form, the undersigned vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to provide services for the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce (“GHBC”), a 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation headquartered at 4828 Loop Central Drive, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77081. Vendor information, including business name, address, and contact details, is provided in Section 1 of this form and incorporated into this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of Vendor’s electronic submission and signature.
