ABOUT THE WEALTH FORUM

The GHBC Wealth Forum is a high-impact, one-day conference designed to equip small businesses with the tools, strategies, and capital access needed to build sustainable and generational wealth.

Following a successful inaugural event in 2025, GHBC is bringing the forum back for its 2nd Annual Wealth Forum, expanding both its scope and impact. This year, the event has been intentionally moved to April in recognition of Financial Literacy Month, reinforcing GHBC’s commitment to education, economic empowerment, and long-term business sustainability. Hosted at Rice University, the forum convenes entrepreneurs, financial institutions, technology leaders, capital providers, and public-sector partners for an immersive experience centered on technology as a wealth-building asset and clear pathways to capital.

Unlike traditional conferences, the GHBC Wealth Forum is action-oriented. Attendees leave with Customized business strategies, direct access to lenders and financial decision-makers, and a clear next steps toward capital readiness and growth.

The forum also features dynamic Mainstage programming, interactive financial workshops, and the Lender Matchmaker Lounge, creating an intentional environment for learning and relationship-building.

AI IMPLEMENTATION LAB

This year we are introducing The AI Implementation Lab, a hands-on intensive designed to help entrepreneurs move beyond learning about AI and begin integrating it directly into their businesses.

Led by three AI experts, this guided lab walks participants through the process of identifying opportunities for AI within their operations and building a clear implementation strategy. Attendees will work through practical exercises and leave with a step-by-step plan for applying AI tools to their business.

WEALTH FORUM: COLLEGE TRACK

The GHBC Wealth Forum includes a dedicated College Track designed for students from local colleges and universities. This experience introduces students to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, AI, banking, and emerging career opportunities in business and finance.

Through interactive workshops and conversations with industry leaders, students will gain practical skills, real-world insight, and valuable connections to help them build financial confidence and explore new pathways to wealth and career success.

TikTok can be more than entertainment, it can be a business platform. In this session, students will learn how to define a niche, grow an engaged audience, and turn followers into customers through brand partnerships, products, and digital opportunities.

Beyond the App: Turning Cash App Into Capital
Fintech tools like Cash App are widely used by the next generation, but few people use them strategically. This session explores how creators and entrepreneurs can use digital payment platforms to manage money, receive payments, invest, and start building financial independence.
